The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has filed a request with the Special Court. A request that is not known who signed, as a 77-page document with 175 points has been published in Veliaj's media and does not have any signature. At least his lawyers do not seem to have signed it, although they may have prepared it and distributed it to the media, but the document does not even have Erion's signature.

However, beyond everything, it is striking not only the fact of the lack of signatures, but also several points, most of which seem like nonsense and errors, but also very manipulative. Perhaps this is also the fact that the documents are not signed. The real problem is actually the fraction of the file, but this belongs to another article.

But, let's take them one by one.

In one of the points, which is like a checkmate move, point 135, it is said that prosecutor Ols Dado obtained a building permit for the Municipality of Tirana and then requested an extension to the permit and this was refused. In fact, the permit issue was accepted because it was requested by a builder and it was granted, and moreover, Erion Veliaj claimed that he also received thank-you messages from the prosecutor and up to this point everything is normal. But he did not issue these either.

So, we are not dealing with the way Erion Veliaj treats him in point 136, saying this text, i.e. raising suspicions of a "revenge" by prosecutor Ols Dado because he was not given an extension on the construction permit after he made a request.

Erion Veliaj is the acting mayor. The Municipality of Tirana has the documents there. The lawyers have had endless information. The media, paid for by the money of Erion Veliaj's brother and the companies of the structured criminal group of the non-existent Tirana incinerator, have had all the time for more than a year to publish this document.

Simply publish the request that prosecutor Ols Dado made as an addition to his previously obtained construction permit, as well as the document showing the refusal by the mayor, according to what Veliaj lists in point 135, in the request he filed with the GJKKO.

We, as media that support SPAK as an institution, and the majority of prosecutors who are fighting crime and corruption in this institution, are publicly declaring:

If this official request made by prosecutor Ols Dado, signed and stamped, recorded in the Municipality of Tirana, is rejected by the institution, the latter must resign from the case.

Without any discussion, Ols Dado should be removed from the investigations and Erion Veliaj is right in the point he lists, that for the other 13 charges, abuse of office, corruption, laundering the proceeds of crime and bringing prohibited items into prison, neither Ols Dado nor Altin Dumani can escape. Moreover, let's look at every aspect of the file.

Only the court can make the decision, but here we are talking about propaganda because as media we have every right to suspect that Erion Veliaj is publicly deceiving, manipulating public opinion, on his own or in collaboration with his lawyers.

This is because we have published the wiretaps and Veliaj was talking about people who were offered to pay 2 thousand euros to escape from accusations, fraud, manipulation, slander, which were confirmed and proven to be such.

Now it is the same media that was used, deleted the news or reproduced the news, that are publishing this Veliaj document, which more or less resembles the March wiretaps, and now the statement must face the truth.

Veliaj claims that there is a request for an extension to the denied leave for prosecutor Ols Dado.

The question is simple: Why haven't they released this document for more than a year?


Show the request made by Ols Dado or Altin Dumani, or any other prosecutor, who is investigating an official and is in a conflict of interest with him.

Because words carry the wind. The documents are there, the facts are there, and if Ols Dado has made a request and it has been refused, he should make it public and he should run away if he does not have such a request.

As always, we continue to read the 'spitting' that Erion Veliaj throws from Durrës Prison, perhaps behind glasses of brandy, or bottles of Royal Salute 25 Whiskey, as he constantly requests.

Truth is one, there cannot be two!

Either Ols Dado made a request, or Ols Dado didn't make a request. Either it was rejected, or there was no rejection at all.
