Kondili amnesties Beqaj/ only accuses him of abuse of office

This Monday morning, the charges were communicated to the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, and the 8 defendants for the sterilization concession.

Beqajt was presented to the Special Prosecutor's Office, where he was charged with "abuse of duty".

This action was taken by the prosecutor Edvin Kondili after the end of the investigations.

Although the special court requested more in-depth investigations for Beqaj, Kondili closed the file only with "abuse of duty" for the former minister of Edi Rama.

We remind you that the former minister and 8 other people are officially charged by SPAK for the sterilization concession file. 

Among the defendants are the businessman who benefited from the concession, Ilir Rrapaj, and the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rjepaj./ CNA
