Vangjel Dule reacted after the end of the court session for Fredi Beleri, where the latter's request for the oath as the mayor of Himarë Municipality was rejected.

In a statement to the media, Vangjel Dule said that this was a forewarned decision.

"A pre-announced decision has just been communicated. Rama preceded the court's decision last week with his verdict. It is to express regret for our democracy. The Beleri case is a cacophony of justice where the text, music and interpretation are performed by one author, Rama. Beler is deprived of his basic constitutional right. The citizens of Himara Municipality are deprived of the right to be elected. Rama wants to keep a mayor at the head of the municipality of Himara to the detriment of the interests of the citizens and in favor of the interests of Rama." , Dule said.
