The citizen in question is Albanian Ledio Hysa, 29 years old.
The Elbasan Judicial District Court, in 2019, sentenced this citizen to 4 years and 8 months of imprisonment, for the criminal offenses "Intentional light injury" and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
Ledio Hysa, in 2018, near Seferan lake, in Belsh, Elbasan, after a conflict for weak motives, injured the AK/CNA citizen in the leg with a pistol firearm.
