The hearing for the 15 accused in the Tirana incinerator affair is taking place in the Special Court. It is learned that all the defendants have denied the accusations raised by SPAK.

Most of them spoke themselves in the session, claiming that they only performed their duties and followed the law.

4-  Klodian Zoto , administrator of the concession company, - Wanted - Accused of 'Fraud'

5-  Erjon Murata j, member of the Procurement Commission for the Tirana Incinerator, - Wanted - Accused of 'Abuse of duty'

6-  Bledar Karo li, former official of the Ministry of Energy, arrested - Accused of 'Abuse of duty'

7-  Taulant Tush , director of Infrastructure in the Municipality of Tirana, surrendered - Accused of 'Misuse of duty'

8-  Namik Simixhiu , former member of the Incinerator Procurement Commission of Tirana, arrested - Accused of 'Abuse of duty'

9-  Jetmir Llapa , the employee of the National Business Center, arrested - Accused of 'Abuse of duty'
