Ulsi Manja orders the entry into the special '41 bis' regime of Ilir

The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, has ordered the placement of the convict Albert Kupa (alias Ilir Kupa) in the special regime.

Albert Kupa is serving a sentence for 6 different criminal offenses in Peqin prison.

By order of Manja, he will be transferred to the special regime (41/b).

The Minister of Justice warns that in cooperation with SPAK, other convicts will be subject to this regime.

"We are determined to guarantee order and security in all prisons of the country, and any convict who breaks the prison regulations, or commits criminal offenses in prison by violating the order and security in IEVP, will be subject to this regime according to the law". Manja stated.

Albert Kupa is accused of being involved in the criminal activity of the "Santa" group in 2014-2015.

He is said to have participated in several thefts/robberies, as well as the giving of monetary values ??with a percentage, as well as being a person declared internationally wanted by the Greek state./ CNA
