The cameras revealed Ervin Muça/ How unauthorized persons entered the building

Other details have been revealed by Ervin Muçën, the director of IT at the State Police, for whom the authorities have imposed "house arrest". 

It is reported that security cameras captured Ervin Muço on the evening of August 2, 2023, near the building of the Directorate of Technology and Information on "Mine Peza" street (near police station number 3) in the capital. 

Muça denied such a thing before the investigators. 

From the investigations, it was found that the data of the TIMS system were copied on the computer of Ervin Muço, this was proven by SPAK experts.

For this event, other persons are being verified, who are suspected to have entered the building in an unauthorized manner and helped Muça in obtaining the data.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, unauthorized persons, in order not to leave a trace, entered the building with the personal PIN (code) of another employee who was said to be there with a regular permit./ CNA
