Fatos Tushe në SPAK

Ish-kryebashkiaku i Lushnjës, Fatos Tushe thirret në SPAK. Ai është praqitur mëngjesin e sotëm në ambientet e Strukturës së Posaçme Kundër Krimit dhe Korrupsionit. 

Tushe përfundoi dënimin pak kohë më pare për "shpërdorim detyre" dhe "shkelje të barazisë në tendera".

Tushe u arrestua me 6 korrik 2021, me ish-vartësit e tij, nga një operacion i ndërmarrë nga SPAK. Hetimet nisën për një tender me vlerë rreth 24 mln lekë për rehabilitimin e një kanali ujitës në fshatrat Bishqethëm dhe Bitaj.

Ky tender është fituar nga kompania EuroAlb shpk, që kishte sjellë ofertën më të lartë, por më pas punimet, fitimet dhe punën e ka bërë një kompani tjetër, e biznesmenit Ibrahim Lami. 

Ky i fundit ka pasur lidhje shoqërore me Tushen, si edhe lidhje familjare me biznesmenin që ishte shpallur fitues i tenderit, Bujar Muratin. 

Tushe ka dalë në përgjime edhe teksa abuzon me karburantin e shtetit, duke furnizuar makinat e të njohurve të tij. Ai u shkarkua nga detyra më 7 korrik 2021./CNA
