House arrest for the IT director in the State Police/ AMP executes the decision

The Police Supervision Agency has executed the order of the Prosecution for the "house arrest" measure for Ervin Muça, the director of IT in the State Police.

Muça is a person suspected of committing the criminal offense "Unauthorized computer access".

From the procedural actions carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, reasonable suspicions are raised that the State Police database was tampered with in an unauthorized manner by the Director of the Information Technology Department and other citizens.

"The Police Supervision Agency has executed the order of the Prosecution for the implementation of the decision of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, which has imposed the security measures of "House arrest" and "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service" , for the EM citizen, with the position of Director of the Department of Information Technology in the General Directorate of the State Police, as a suspect for committing the criminal offense "Unauthorized computer access".
