A serious accident was recorded on the Prrenjas-Qafë Thane axis, where 6 people were injured, one of them a 23-year-old girl in a coma, in danger of her life.

The family with 6 members stopped in the premises of a bar, about 30 m away from the road lane and were outside their vehicle when a car lost control and took all their money.

As a result, the 23-year-old girl who was hit by the vehicle is in a coma, the other 10-year-old girl broke her leg, and the 6-year-old girl, the three sisters, also suffered a fracture. Their father was injured and their grandmother was also injured.

The 44-year-old who caused the accident, Jetmir Daci, a resident of Peshkopi, is being pursued at large after the Prosecutor's decision, says Elbasan Police, while according to witnesses, the vehicle lost control after a wrong pass and then flew off the road.

The driver who caused the serious accident, according to the tests carried out by the police, was found to be drunk.

The whole family is receiving medical help at the Trauma hospital, while the condition of the 23-year-old remains serious.
