The Durrës Prosecutor's Office has issued 3 arrest warrants for the benefit of a property with forged documents.

The prosecution has requested the security measure 'Arrest in prison' for the citizens of NM and BZ for the criminal offense of 'Forgery of documents', as well as 'House arrest' and suspension from duty for the citizen JM for the Criminal Offense of 'Abuse of office'. BZ and JM are employees of the State Cadastre Agency (ASHK) in the Municipality of Durrës.

These measures are related to the Legalization Permit of NM and AM citizens, "Social Economic Building 1 Floor", construction plot area 500 m2, construction area 274 m2 in Durrës.
