The political leader of the PD for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, today, in a statement to the media, has published the documents that, according to him, accept the authorship of the robbery of 132 million euros in the affair of the century, that of the Tirana incinerator.

Kelliçi said that with his two signatures, signed in March 2017 and March 2018, Erion Veliaj approved and guaranteed the payments for this 30-year concession contract.

The member of the Presidency stated that it was Erion Veliaj who took the powers of the Municipal Council and the District Council of Tirana, disappearing in offshore accounts a full 132 million euros from the taxes of the citizens of Tirana.
