Experts have reconstructed the scene where Pjerin Xhuvan was executed in April 2021.

According to the Court, the experts did not conduct an examination of the footage, so it cannot be called complete.

"We have no knowledge of the footage", said experts Arjan Hako and Shpëtim Budo.

While expert Artan Rexhepi has stated that the event has problems.

According to him, the shooters are not where it is described in the minutes of the scene.

"The scene is contaminated. I don't know how. The police officer is not more than a meter from the sidewalk. The bullets do not reflect the correct reality. The perpetrator 4-5 steps behind. The crowd is armed. Shooter No. 2 and 3 , as suspects are identified in the video. In my judgment, that event has problems. The shooting distance is closer. We lacked the necessary time for the video. I am able to examine the video. Referring to the video, to me the shooters are not where it is described in the records of the place of the event", said Rexhepi.

While expert Budo said: " In general, we have dealt with all of them. I have never done an expert examination of film footage".

On the other hand, the expert Rexhepi stated in court that the expertise is not correct.

"No, it is not correct. My idea is to make 2 acts. It is good to act for shooters as well. Do not say where the police officer is, when necessary in the footage. I don't want to throw mud on anyone's work, but it was done on the basis of acts that do not reflect reality", said the expert./ CNA
