Ervin Muça copied the data in TIMS/ Investigations started after the insistence of the American embassy

New details have come out about Ervin Muça, the director of IT at the State Police, for whom the measure of "house arrest" has been imposed. 

Muço is suspected to have intervened last summer in the TIMS system, which records the entry and exit of citizens from the country's borders. 

It is learned that the report of the Police Supervision Agency last year was made to the justice bodies after the insistence of the American representation in Albania, who also discovered the intervention in the TIMS data system.

After downloading the unauthorized data using a female employee's PIN, Muça transferred it to his computer. Before the investigators, he denied committing the criminal offense for which he is accused, "Unauthorized access to computer data".
