The chairperson of the HCJ, Naureda Llagami, spoke about the judicial map and strategies for dealing with the backlog.

In front of the deputies in the Assembly, Llagami said that the Judicial Map is a living document and every 5 years the KLJ can revise it completely or partially.

As for the strategies for dealing with the backlog, Llagami said that for many details he did not have the support of the government.

Llagami said that infrastructure is required to make the Judicial Map possible.

The Chairperson of the KLJJ that in addition to the budget, the government should create resources in infrastructure.

Llagami said that they still do not have a dignified building of the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction and there is no staff.

"The map is a living document, every 5 years the KLJ can revise it partially or completely. We had 15 judges flying from one city to another.
