The anti-Spak group goes underground

From January 17-18, CNA exclusively revealed the government's scheme and underhand game to control and crack down on SPAK.

The government scheme includes the establishment of an "Ad Hoc" commission, which will be headed by Fatmir Xhafaj, the man who is known as Enver's "volunteer".

The purpose of setting up this commission is one and only, to appeal the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, to report what is happening with the investigations, all this scheme set up with the justification for the integration of Albania in the EU.

So, the control and attack on the independent institutions of Justice, SPAK, due to the investigations of hot files, such as that of the incinerators, where officials, a former minister, general secretary and directors of the Municipality of Tirana have been arrested.

Day by day, CNA revealed more details.

On January 16 at 4:00 p.m., in a meeting that lasted one hour and 45 minutes, Edi Rama held a meeting at the premises of the Prime Minister's Office with the general secretaries of the ministries and the general directors of the agencies directly subordinate to him, where many worried and very alarmed about the actions taken recently by BKH and SPAK and their direct interventions in institutions and administrations.

The Socialist Party, in order to intervene in the administration of the Parliament and to create a reform that would bring movement of directors, heads of the institution and individuals employed in the administration, has created a commission, which is chaired by Eduard Shalsi as chairman, and it includes Klotilda Bushka, Etilda Gjonaj, Bledi Çuçi and Lindita Nikolla.

Immediately after the publication of these facts, after the Speaker of the Parliament Lindita Nikolla had affirmed at the meeting in Shengjin, held on January 9-10, that SPAK should be controlled and after her the same thing was affirmed by the General Secretary of the SP, Bledi Çuçi and then by the useful idiot Eduart Shalsi, they began to refute themselves.

The first to react to counter it was Elisa of the Incinerators.

On January 20, 2024, after reading CNA's exclusive news, where it was reported that Edi Rama is using the parliamentary majority to create an "Ad hoc" commission that aims to control SPAK, the latter hastened to deny the news that the goal was to attack SPAK.

Behind it, there was the denial by the useful idiot who, after admitting that a task force was being set up to control SPAK, denied it, saying it was a media smokescreen.

The first fact that confirmed the scheme and why not officially was the first meeting of the anti-SPAK group in Vila 30.

STANDING AND STRONG MESSAGE OF INTERNATIONALS

A day ago, CNA from diplomatic sources revealed the position and strong message of Gabriel Escobar, the US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans.

Escobar has been firm and clear in his position regarding the steps taken by the majority to establish an "Ad-Hoc" commission that would lead to the control of SPAK.

Escobar has called dangerous for democracy and wrong such actions that undermine the trust and progress of the new justice, so much supported and financed by the US and European partners.

Mr. Escobar's reaction comes after another strong public stance, made on the date by the Legal Counselor at the US Embassy, ??David Backman, who from Shkodra issued a rather strong message to the political class, stressing that SPAK should be preserved as jewel.

All the international factors have been on the same line, who seem worried by the recent actions of the majority, which is holding consecutive meetings, trying to set up a commission in the name of integration, but which basically has control over SPAK- ut.

CNA will go to the end of the majority scheme which tries to restrain SPAK in the fight against corruption./ CNA
