The President of the Constitutional Court, Holta Zaçaj, has taken a tough stance towards the majority regarding the issue of the mandate of former minister Olta Xhaçka

Zaçaj said that the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court should not be questioned, while he described such a thing as unimaginable for a legal state.

"Questioning the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court is unthinkable in a legal state. Having the form of law and not having any equivocation not to be implemented, the Constitutional Court has no mechanisms to check the applicability of the decisions", she declared,
