In February of this year, founding partners ?esk Ivanaj and Ylli Ujka sell 26% of the capital shares (individually each sells 13%) in favor of Ilir Trebicka, against the total price of 260,000 (two hundred and sixty thousand) ALL.

The composition of the company after the transfer is: ?esk Ivanaj 37%, Ylli Ujka 37% and Ilir Trebicka 26%.

The craze for concreting every corner of Tirana has not spared this time even the area near Tirana Lake, at the entrance of which is located the iconic building of the second-level bank that bears the name of the capital, Tirana Bank. Ylli Ujka is a successful entrepreneur in Italy, originally from the city of Lezha. Also, he is one of the members of the Prelivanaj tribe, located for centuries on Malin e Renci above Rana e Hedhu in Shengjin, where Ylli Ujka announced a year ago that he will build a resort worth 300 million euros.

He has recently returned to Albania and is currently the president of the "Covenant" team in Lezhë. Two weeks ago, Ylli Ujka was called by a group of fraudsters who claimed to be Pjerin Ndreu and took 15 thousand euros. The case ended with the police.

As for Ilir Trebicka, he is one of the early well-known builders in Tirana, who has already extended his activity to the south of the country. He is a friend of Prime Minister Edi Rama since they both played basketball and in Shkodër he is also known as the builder of the "Loro Boriçi" stadium.

Five years ago, Ilir Trebicka received the status of a strategic investor and a permit for a tourist village in the Dhërmia area. The tourist complex "Thymus" that he will build contains 2 hotels and a tourist village with 38 two-three-story villas, which are currently in the construction phase.

About the other shareholder of "X One", ?esk Ivanaj, there is little information. However, "Newsbomb.al" learns that he is closely related to businessman Ylli Ujka and both are shareholders in the paper production and trading company "Sole Mio".

Also, the editors learned that ?esk Ivanaj is also the president of a company that offers "online" marketing services in Italy and in the world, where the entrepreneur Ylli Ujka from Lezhne is also a partner.
