'Prison arrest' for Noizy and Dj Crax, will be extradited to Kosovo

The Tirana court has ordered the "prison arrest" measure for Rigels Rajkun, known as Noizy, and for Bahtjar Bajraktari, his friend. 

The decision was made with the aim of extraditing them to Kosovo. 

They were arrested yesterday in Lezhë at the request of the Kosovar police after it is accused that together with some other people from his group, they raped Muhamet Isen, a TikTok character, from Kosovo, an event that happened after the end of a concert in Peja a few days ago.

Notice: 

1. Accepting the requests of the Prosecutor's Office before the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana.
2. Validate as legal the temporary arrest, carried out on 07.08.2024, at 07:30, for extradition reasons, of the citizen RR.
3. To assign to the RR citizen, the restrictive measure "Arrest in prison" for extradition purposes, provided by articles 238 and 493 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
4. Validate as legal the temporary arrest, carried out on 07.08.2024, at 08.00, for extradition reasons, of the citizen BB.5. To assign to the BB citizen the coercive measure "Arrest in prison" for extradition purposes, provided by articles 238 and 493 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
6. A copy of this decision should be communicated to the Ministry of Justice, according to the provisions of article 495, point 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7. The prosecutor and judicial police are ordered to implement this decision.
8. Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction, within 5 (five) days from the day after the announcement of the decision.
9. The declaration of land incompetence and the sending of documents to the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durres as the competent court of residence of the RR Citizen.  It was announced in Tirana, today on 08.08.2024/CNA
