In the protest that is taking place today in front of the Municipality of Tirana, the political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, commented on the next scandal in this institution, where Veliaj will contract a British company to scan all the procedures, from the way how decisions are made, how they are controlled and until the implementation of projects.

"Last week we made public the new theft scheme. Now Veliaj has switched to the "7S" scheme. SPAK is protecting the thieves. Yesterday you saw another news, it decided to contract a British company to audit the procedures The Municipality of Tirana says that you have stolen, use our taxes to audit the Prime Minister, when we have the KLSH, one by one he introduced his directors in prison. Here we have an opposition that does not give up and does not compromise. Next week, today we will hold the next protest," he said 

He further commented on the video published by Endrit Habilaj, which appeared with Mirel Mërtir, the head of the incinerators at the luxury restaurant "Trattoria Toscana La No" in Austria. 

Kelliçi emphasized that all the money they spend belongs to the citizens of Tirana. 

"They had dinner in one of the most expensive restaurants in Vienna. They make fun of Albanian citizens. Their dinner costs as much as 100 economic aids. They live on citizens' money.
