Ervin Muça paraqitet në gjykatë: Jam i pafajshëm, nuk kam kopjuar asgjë nga TIMS-i

Ish-drejtori i IT-së në Policinë e Shtetit, Ervin Muça, është paraqitur sot në gjykatë. Muça është në masën 'arrest shtëpie' dhe është pezulluar nga detyra, pasi akuzohet se ka vjedhur të dhënat në sistemin TIMS. 

"Jam i pafajshëm, e gjitha një spekulim. Kam kryer detyrën, s'kam bërë shkelje. Nuk kam kopjuar asnjë të dhënë. Askush nuk më ka kërkuar të kopjoj të dhëna", u shpreh ai për mediat. 

Muço dyshohet të ketë ndërhyrë verën e shkuar në sistemin TIMS, i cili regjistron hyrje-daljet e qytetarëve nga kufijtë e vendit. 

Mësohet se kallëzimi i Agjencisë së Mbikëqyrjes Policore vitin e kaluar u bë në organet e drejtësisë pas insistimit të përfaqësisë amerikane në Shqipëri, të cilët zbuluan edhe ndërhyrjen në sistemin e të dhënave, TIMS.

Muça, pasi shkarkoi të dhënat e paautorizuara duke përdorur pin-in e një punonjëseje, i kaloi ato në kompjuterin e tij. Mbi të rëndon vepra penale “Hyrje e paautorizuar në të dhënat kompjuterike”./CNA
