Media e njohur gjermane, "Bild", u ka kushtuar një artikull zhvillimeve të fundit në Bashkinë e Tiranës, ku theksohen rastet e korrupsionit masiv dhe skandaleve me drejtorët e korruptuar të Erion Veliajt. 

Në shkrim përmendet ndër të tjera edhe çështja e inceneratorëve, afera e shekullit, vjedhja më e madhe e parave të shqiptarëve të varfër. 

Sipas "Bild", janë shpenzuar gati 130 milionë euro për inceneratorin e Tiranës dhe nuk ekziston asgjë. Sipas saj, paratë janë zhdukur. 

"Prej vitesh ka pasur një skandal rreth projekteve të ndërtimit të rrugëve të papërfunduara ose tërësisht të mbiçmuara. Dhe një konflikt mbi impiantet e djegies së mbeturinave ka zier prej muajsh: Fillimisht, katër milionë euro në para të BE-së erdhën në vend për qendrat e riciklimit dhe kamionët e plehrave - pa u shfaqur ndonjëherë asnjë kamion plehrash apo qendër riciklimi. Më pas duhet të ndërtohen impiante për djegien e mbetjeve. Vetëm për Tiranën deri më tani janë shpenzuar gati 130 milionë euro. Vetëm: Sistemi nuk ekziston në thelbin e tij. Paratë janë kanë zhdukur", thuhet në shkrimin e medias gjermane./CNA
