The abuse scheme for the 3 directors and a specialist in the Municipality of Korë, wasted their duty causing 30 million ALL to the state. 

According to sources from the investigative group, the Prosecutor's Office has found violations in the construction permit procedure for 20 entities.

The officials in the investigation, for profit purposes, have given building permits for objects declared for residence, while they have been used for trade.

The infrastructure impact tax for residential facilities is 3% of the investment value, while for service and commercial facilities, this tax is 8% of the investment value.

The four officials with the initials Zh. L, E. Gj, O. P and S. P, are accused of "suspension of exercising a duty or public service". The "Compulsion to appear" measure has been imposed on them. /CNA
