The Prosecutor's Office of Fier has seized the assets of businessman Saimir Taullau and his relatives. It is suspected that these assets originate from the criminal activity of Saimir Taullaut, such as the production and trafficking of narcotics.

Suspecting that they stem from the criminal activity of production and trafficking of narcotics, the Fier Prosecutor's Office seizes the assets of the citizen Saimir Taullau and his relatives.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Fier, on the basis of law 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the prevention and attack of organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against wealth", as amended, has registered and is carrying out investigations for the criminal property proceeding no. 1, year 2024, which refers to the assets owned by the citizen Saimir Taullau, as well as his relatives and natural persons, specifically the citizens AT, F. T, MT, ET and KT, for who have sufficient data that their assets are owned indirectly by the citizen Saimir Taullau. It is suspected that these assets originate from the criminal activity of the citizen Saimir Taullau, specifically from the criminal offenses provided by articles 283 and 283/a of the Criminal Code.

In the function of this property proceeding, on the basis of the request of the prosecutor, the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Fier, with the decision no. 62-2024-1908, dated 10.04.2024, has imposed the preventive measure of a property nature, of sequestration for the following assets:

Property no. 4/1, ZK. 8572, type "land", with the description "Economic building 2 floors, fuel and service premises", located in the neighborhood "18 Tetori", Lushnjë, jointly owned by citizens FT, MT, ET and K. T;

Property no. 4/2, ZK. 8572, vol. 24, p. 197, of the "plot" type, located in the neighborhood "18 Tetori", Lushnjë. The fully built object in it worth 9,724,582 Lek, co-owned by the citizens of FT, MT, ET and K. T;

Property no. 3/1, ZK. 8572, with a total construction area of ??306 m2 with the description "Economic building 1 kt + basement", located in Plug, Lushnjë, in the name of the citizen RT

Property no. 1/450, ZK. 8572 of the "plot" type, with a special description, added "service unit 3 floors + reconstruction of the existing fuel + gas station. Construction of the surrounding wall located in the "Loni Dhamo" neighborhood, Lushnjë, jointly owned by the citizens of MT, ET and KT

Pursuant to the court decision and Article 14 et seq. of Law no. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On preventing and combating organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against property", as amended, the execution order was issued by the prosecutor, which was immediately sent for execution to the judicial police services of Fier Local Police Directorate, Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency at the Ministry of Finance, Tirana, as well as the State Cadastre Agency, Lushnjë Regional Directorate.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Fier, in implementation of the recommendations of the Assembly of Albania and the priority recommendations of the Council of Ministers, has an increased attention in terms of criminal offenses related to the cleaning of the products of the criminal offense and unjust enrichment, using all procedural means in order to seize, confiscate and transfer them in favor of the state./ CNA
