Alberta Zani, the journalist and tourist operator, has shown the problems and challenges entrepreneurs are facing this year, as they are preparing for the summer season.

Like last year, Zani said that one of the main problems is finding a professional workforce.

She stated in a TV appearance that entrepreneurs want to find professional employees, as their main challenge is to keep tourists satisfied.

The tourist operator emphasized that the tourist should not be lured only with cheap prices, but also with qualitative service and quality.

"One of the main problems for this year, for this tourist season, is the workforce, but not just the workforce as a workforce that needs powerful people, but the professional workforce. Last year was a big challenge for tourism in Albania. Of course, we expected many tourists to come, and many tourists did.

What comes before us as entrepreneurs in the tourism business is to hire professional people, which means that we do not wait for that tourist to come..., that of course Albania will still be free, even for many more years. we will be cheap and we will entice the foreign tourist to choose Albania because it is cheap, in the sense that the price always entices, but our challenge is not only to entice the tourist because we are cheap, but because we have a lot to offer and what nature has given us and we have taken for granted, we must translate into service and good quality of service. We must have qualified people at work. We are forced to double in order not only to offer better service, but also to be more protected because in August everyone gets tired and on August 10 they leave work and what will you say to the tourist that I have no staff.
