Journalist Klodiana Lala spoke tonight about the theft of the TIMS system, and revealed the dangers that can occur from this.

According to Lala, in the TIMS system there are not only entry and exit at the border, but also criminal files for every Albanian citizen, which can be deleted and anyone can come out clean.

"The suspicions are that these data can be used for two reasons.

The first is to delete trips, details, files.

There is another detail. Under every name of every Albanian citizen or foreigner who entered or left Albania, the entire criminal record is made.

Having such a large amount of material in unauthorized hands can be a time mine and can create problems.

Person 'X' has been convicted of murder, theft, drug trafficking, has traveled with this car or that vehicle. So it's not just about travel, but erasing criminal records is a very big harm that can come to us.

This system was produced and donated to Albania by the USA. This scandal would have been buried if the US envoy had not intervened.

This investigation is incomplete, if it is not explained to us how Ervin Muça came, what happened in the Cadastre where he worked, what happened in the investigations, who brought him back after the suspension, for what reasons he came back, why the investigation was delayed so much.
