Chronicles, writings, investigations in the media about Tirana's incinerator have not been few in the last 6 years. This concession, which actually resulted in a corrupt affair, was also reported by Carlo Bollinos' media, Report Tv.

Today, when it is not known where tens of millions of euros have gone, Carlo and the tax collectors who deny them when they are employed and pretend to fire them have taken the banner of protecting corruption with the incinerator that does not exist in Tirana.

Carlo crosses rainbows, rivers, seas. There are deviations or deviations along the way, in the case of Bollino, they come out with payments, for him and his former employees that SPAK is investigating as part of the criminal group of incinerators.

To be honest to the end, we suspect that Carlos may have done it behind his back that he cheated in the first place, look at Sali.
