The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, stayed at SPAK for about 9 and a half hours.

Beqaj went to SPAK at 9 am and left this institution around 6:40 pm.

He testified before the Judicial Police Officer about the 100 million euro sterilization concession.

"As you know, since November 20, I am a person under investigation for sterilization. We had a questioning session with OPGJ. Mainly about those things that I was asked before. In addition to the answers, together with the lawyer, we requested that some additional investigative actions be taken. I emphasize that during the time of the audit by KLSH, I was not a minister", said the former minister, among other things.

We remind you that the Special Court has assigned to Beqaja the security measure "obligation to appear and ban on leaving the country".

SPAK accuses Beqaj of the criminal offense of abuse of office, after investigations into the sterilization concession.

GJKKO has ordered the former minister to appear before the judicial police of the National Bureau of Investigation, once a week, on Fridays, at 3:30 p.m./  CNA
