Berisha requests the lifting of the security measure/ The Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court has set December 17th as the date for reviewing the lawsuit filed by the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.

The hearing will take place at 10:00, without the presence of the parties.

This hearing will be based solely on the documentation submitted by the parties to the proceedings.

Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha demands that the decisions be declared unconstitutional and the security measure be lifted.
