The head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, has spoken about the government's draft law that limits medical students from withdrawing their diploma after completing their studies.

Balla responded to the deputy Flutura Açka saying that students who do not want to accept this agreement from the government must pay the study fee in full.

Among other things, he describes this as a public investment.

"Those who do not accept must pay the duty. It is public investment. You never have to find the way. You weren't Mrs. Açka when your colleagues in this side of the hall went to protest for a playground," said Balla./ CNA
