Lawyer Redi Ramaj spoke about the measure taken for former prime minister Sali Berisha.

In an interview for Euronews, he said that communication is a difficult thing to stop.

"There was no possibility for another defendant not to be aware of the measure 'obligation to appear' and the measure that imposes house arrest with no communication, I think it is beyond the provisions of Article 237 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Communication is a very difficult thing to stop. Everyone can communicate with the public without restriction, through online platforms. Communication does not violate the principle of house arrest.
