The appeal of GJKKO has overturned the request of the former mayor of the Municipality of Himara, Jorgo Goro, for easing the security measure.

The appeal of GJKKO upheld the "prison arrest" measure. 

Goro was arrested after he gave state land to Artan Gaçi, the husband of former minister Olta Xhaçka, through forged documents.

Also, Goro has carried out with concrete actions the actual relocation of the land on the ground, superimposing it on another property owned by the state.

He has exceeded all the powers that the law recognizes, superimposing the immovable property on another property.
