The head of the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, is over 1 hour and 25 minutes away in SPAK, where he is being questioned about the incinerator affair, the affair of the century worth 130 million euros.

Veliaj is accounting for the incinerator of Tirana that does not exist, while the citizens pay for this affair. The affair with the lands worth 60 million euros is also scandalous. 

However, Veliaj's dealings with justice are not good, since a number of directors have been arrested with the "5D" affair.
