Why Jorida Tabaku doesn’t talk about the partnerships of Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi with the incinerators ?!

The incinerator affair, a file which is already in the hands of SPAK, is the most accused concession in Albania, also called the most corrupted affair of the century. Following an SPAK investigation into the Elbasan incinerator, a former minister was arrested, while Stela Gugallja, the owner of the incinerator, and Klodian Zoto, the person who built the incinerator through his company ITS, were declared wanted.

Through exclusive documents, CNA.al has also revealed the partnerships of incinerator owners in other companies, with owners or even former media executives. It is about the partnerships of the owners of incinerators in other companies, with the shareholder of Top Channel, Vjollca Hoxha and the former director of this television Ben Blushi.

Ben Blushi is a partner with the owners of incinerators in the company EM Capital Group, established in Bulgaria, but whose official relationship is with his wife, Eva Blushi. In this company, are partners Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and Eva Blushi.

This company came then to Albania, and bought for 2.2 million dollars 51 percent of the shares of Valtelina Kafe, which bears the trade name Lori Kafe. And he has ?accidentally” has the same owners with Top Channel. This happens at the time that this television was run by Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha.

Another company, where Blushi and Hoxha come out openly with their names is KUDO  PAY. The co-shareholders of this company are Stela Gugallja, the owner of the Elbasan incinerator, declared wanted by police, as well as Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha.

So there are at least three companies, which show the partnerships of Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha, with incinerator owners. But neither Blushi nor Vjollca Hoxha are on the list of witnesses called by Jorida Tabaku. Moreover, Top Channel, which is paid in different schemes by incinerators, seems to be Lulzim Basha?s favorite screen.

While Basha MP, Jorida Tabaku remains silent about the partnerships in the amount of millions of euros. Tabaku is silent because he doesn?t know, or is she silent because that is what he is allowed to say? But the incinerators affairs don?t have two truths. The truth is one and only one./CNA.al
