Fiorentina closes in on survival with goal-scoring victory

Fiorentina have secured a big 4-1 away win over Cremonese, taking a confident step towards survival in Serie A.

Fabiano Parisi opened the scoring after a beautiful technical move, while Roberto Piccoli doubled the score before the end of the first half.

Dodo scored the third goal at the beginning of the second half after an individual action, extinguishing any hope for the home team.

Although Okereke scored a goal for Cremonese, Albert Gudmundsson restored the three-goal advantage late in the match.

This success confirms the rise of Fiorentina, who have lost only once since February. For Cremonese, this defeat deepens the results crisis, bringing to 15 the number of consecutive matches without a win.

Fiorentina is now moving out of the danger zone, while the home team remains three points away from survival.
