Mayor Erion Veliaj has been caught lying again.

In a recent reaction on social media, where he attacks prosecutor Olsi Dado with intimidating language, he says that the cell phones published in the SPAK investigative file that show that he is the owner of the villa in Qerret were made during the campaign.

But the facts revealed in the court's decision show quite the opposite.

According to data obtained by SPAK from the telephone company, it has resulted that Veliaj's number has had frequent logins in the Qerret area. From this analysis, it results that these logins are mainly during weekends, but there are also logins that are during certain days of the week in 2023.

What did Erion Veliaj do in Qerret this weekend?

The cell records show that Ajola Xoxa was in Qerret in 2020, along with Veliaj, to celebrate her birthday. This is also shown by the communications that Ajola's driver exchanged with Olsi Eftimi, the person who was in charge of the works at the villa.

"Citizen Armand Manahasa explains, among other things, that from February 2019 to November 2021 he was employed as a personal driver for citizen Ajola Xoxa. He knows this citizen through her father Arben Xoxa, who died in February 2019. Citizen Armand Manahasa explained that he accompanied citizen Ajola Xoxa, in addition to her house at "Kodra e Diellit" and the offices at "Sky Tower", also to the village of Qerret, to a villa within the "Marea" complex. The declarant states that he began accompanying citizen Ajola Xoxa and her mother in Qerret, to the complex in question, in the period 2019-2020. Also, on several occasions he accompanied her cleaner named Ela. The declarant states that he often transported personal household items as well as various clothes to the villa within the complex.

Asked about a message exchanged with citizen Olsi Efthimi on 16.07.2020, where he asks "Are you going to Qerret today?", to which Olsi Efthimi replies "No, we won't because it's his birthday", the declarant states that the communication was made with this citizen because he occasionally associated with Ajola Xoxa, and to his knowledge he (Olsi Efthimi) went to the villa in Qerret, as he dealt with its furnishings, work and other aspects. Asked if he had been inside the apartment of citizen Ajola Xoxa, the declarant states that he had never been. The declarant added that the apartment was located on the second floor of the residence, while on the other floor above - the floor where Ajola lived, she was carrying out work which was monitored by citizen Olsi Efthimi", the investigative file states.

What campaign was there during the pandemic, but in 2022, what campaign was there that cells are emerging there?

Well, Erion Veliaj is justified for 2023, but in other times?

Is there another SPAK cell that comes out right at our door? Is there a photo of it and how will the poor guy justify it?

In Ajola Xoxa's communications with Driant Zeneli, the latter clearly states that the villa in Qerret is theirs.

"Specifically, on 01.08.2021, at 7:52 pm, citizen Driant Zeneli writes to Ajola Xoxa:

Driant Zeneli-Have you missed Qerret? -We came today.

Ajola Xoxa replies: "That one at the end is our house," the file explains.

According to the data, as we mentioned above, other witnesses also identify the villa in Qerret as Erion's, Erion himself said in court that it is my villa.

He may have been to the areas he claims 87 times, but he also has his own cells in Qerret. Erion Veliaj wants to focus only on the campaign cells to justify himself.

The villa that was called Erion's Villa now exists, but it does not belong to Erion but to his late father-in-law.

Ajola would go there because she had some work to do, and Erion would go there by cell phone because he had some work to do.

This is how Erioni justifies it, since I was in the Kavaja campaign after being in Qerret at the villa.
