Journalist Ola Xama provided some details today about fictitious payments made by Ajola Xoxa's cousin, Valmir Xoxa.

Invited to a television show, Xama said that two episodes of fictitious payments by Ajola Xoxa's cousin are the purchase of a plot of land for 140 thousand euros, although he received 1100 euros in monthly salary, and the purchase of a car almost three times more expensive than what Ajola had bought years ago.

Xama added that although the case is still under investigation, there are doubts that a lawsuit could be filed against Valmir Xoxa, due to all these large bills, purchases, and expenses, which he cannot justify with his salary as a lecturer.

"The case is still under investigation. The prosecution has not filed charges against citizen Valmir Xoxa, but suspects that he fictitiously purchased a plot of land owned by Valbona Xoxa and Ajola Xoxa, for 140 thousand euros. Later, a building permit was obtained on this land by the company "Atelier 4", owned by the brothers Alban and Olsi Eftimi, where Ols Eftimi is also a friend of the Veliaj-Xoxa family who helped with the furnishing of the villa in Qerret.

When asked, Valmir Xoxa, who is a lecturer at the University of Arts and part of the brass band in the Municipality, with an average income of 1.1 thousand euros per month, said that I saved 140 thousand euros, lived with my mother-in-law and decided to buy the piece of land in 2019.
