The Electoral Code "clashes" the parties/ Zhupa: Rama cannot hold

Democratic Party MP Ina Zhupa has called the majority's reasoning that Diaspora documents can be falsified ridiculous.

Zhupa also said that Rama cannot hold large meetings with immigrants without using patronage agents, while Berisha is being welcomed by thousands of Albanians.
