Negotiations with the EU/ Rama: The European Union must share its mind on what will happen

Prime Minister Edi Rama is present at the Munich Security Conference. Asked about the negotiations and the opening of 2 group chapters for Albania, Rama said that the European Union should share its thoughts on what will happen.

The Prime Minister began his speech on Albania's EU membership process with a joke, saying that at the beginning of this process, all his hair was black.

"When we started this process, my hair was all black. Europe had to shake itself to lose track for a while. We are E without B. The EU needs to make up its mind about what will happen, because the attitude towards us has changed and the pace of rapprochement with the Western Balkans has changed.

"But it changes very slowly and very little. The time has come to make a division. The process based on merit. What is outside the EU is space that only this union can take ," said Rama./ CNA
