"SPAK to investigate a higher monetary limit"/ Dumani: To review the competences

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, while reporting to the High Council of Prosecution, thanked this institution for the readiness it has shown in the moments when the prosecutors of this structure were threatened. 

During his speech, Dumani underlined that the competences of the Special Prosecutor's Office should also be reviewed, since according to him SPAK should investigate a higher monetary limit and not for 50 thousand ALL.

"I want to thank the KLP for the readiness and response in record time to the cases when the prosecutors were threatened because of their work. A professional and very fast response in real time. I have room to repair the powers of the Prosecutor's Office Specially. SPAK should investigate a higher monetary limit. SPAK should not investigate corruption for 50 thousand ALL.  49% is the total of 'prison' measures.
