"The state in the service of the party"/ Noka: Ramiz Alia has less

The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, said today that what is also being emphasized by the opposition after the May 11 elections is that the state has been put at the service of the party.

Invited to a television show, Noka stated that in any functional democracy, no matter how many problems there may be, it never happens in any European country that the state and the party are one.

"What the opposition has consistently articulated post-May 11 is the same as the previous OSCE ODIHR report or even the resolution that the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee approved a few days ago. What would happen on May 11 is predicted again in the People's Party resolution that was approved in Valencia.

What was said?

The party is the state and the state is the party, the state is at the service of the party.

In no functional democracy, no matter how many problems there may be, it never happens in any country in Europe that the state and the party are one. In this studio I have said that Ramiz Alia was the last communist president, he had less power and influence in the state at that time than Edi Rama does today.

So it is a party state.

Did the opposition simply confront the SP or did the DP and the opposition confront the entire state, its mechanisms, the entire administration, organized crime, drug cartels, or is this not true?

"If the state wants and is committed, it will never let an opposition party rise up. The police were running from morning to night for votes for the SP. In a country where SHISH turns into a patronizer," said Noka./CNA
