"The DP's relationship with the EPP is excellent"/ Berisha: Rama

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, made a statement from Brussels where he is in the framework of the 50th anniversary of the EPP.

In his statement, Berisha said that the EPP summit to be held tomorrow is an important event in which goals are defined.

Regarding the DP's relationship with the People's Parties, Berisha stated that it is excellent and these parties have expressed extraordinary support.

Focusing on Prime Minister Rama, Berisha said that he no longer listens to the calls coming from Brussels, but from the backward countries of Africa.

 

"The DP is an associate member of the EPP. Two weeks ago, a large mission was in Tirana in support of the DP. Today is the 50th anniversary, tomorrow is the extended summit, attended by the leaders of the center-right parties and the leaders of the opposition parties. The summit is an important event that defines the goals of the EPP. The DP's relationship with the People's Parties is excellent, they have expressed full support. I think Rama no longer hears calls from Brussels, but from the most backward countries in Africa ," Berisha said./CNA
