OSCE-ODIHR report on elections/ Bylykbashi: International findings are not

Democratic Party MP, Oerd Bylykbashi, part of the Laws Committee meeting, focused on the OSCE/ODIHR report on the May 11 elections.

Bylykbashi described the report published yesterday as an extraordinary report. The democrat further said that the findings of international reports are never reflected in the institutions in the country and for this reason, he said, we must definitely raise our voices.

Regarding the resolutions that were discussed in the committee, Bylykbashi said that they are not in line with the situation that needs to be addressed as several issues are not identified, among which he mentioned violations in public procurement.

" All the institutions that we will discuss today are part of the OSCE/ODIHR report. But they are not applauded, they are criticized. The report that came out yesterday is rare, extraordinary.

All the debate we've had for hours and people have shown interest, one of the things that proved to us was the failure of the systems. In all cases, they are on the verge of disaster. We must definitely raise our voices, because the findings of international reports are not reflected here.

"These resolutions are not in line with the situation that needs to be addressed, there are issues that are not addressed, other problems. There is no talk of property crime, of violations in public procurement ," said Bylykbashi.
