Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted after President Bajram Begaj decreed the law on Investigative Commissions.

Through a status on social networks, Rama mocks former president Ilir Meta and says that the time when the Head of State overturned laws approved by the majority is over.

He says that this is how the opposition's protest in the Assembly will end, while he says he is determined not to compromise with the opposition.

"The political time when the President of the Republic co-led the imaginary revolutions against the government and to the detriment of Albania, using the Constitution as a Molotov cocktail, has ended with time, as it will end the same way, sooner than later, even the hour of the great misunderstanding of politics of the day, between the mental work of parliamentarians and their physical activity in the hall of the Assembly of Albania!
