The head of the Parliamentary Group of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, in a statement to the media, called the decree by the president of the Law on Investigative Commissions unconstitutional. 

He emphasized that the president, even though he was elected with the majority of votes, cannot behave as a subordinate of Rama. 

"Shameful act by the president of the Republic, it is an unconstitutional law. I call on the president to rise to the height of his duty. The president was elected only with the votes of the majority, but the moment the president is sworn in on the Constitution, he should not behave as a subordinate of Rama", said Bardhi. 

President Bajram Begaj has once again obeyed the government's orders regarding the amendment of the law on the establishment of Investigative Commissions.

Today he announced that the law "On some additions and changes to the law no. 8891, dated 2.5.2002, 'On the organization and functioning of the investigation commissions of the Assembly'"./ CNA
