Agron Gjekmarkaj has once again stood by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, as he spoke about the house arrest and the current situation of the opposition.

Gjekmarkaj said that the measure of arrest for Berisha was a violation of the Constitution with political nuances.

"In the case of Mr. Berisha, I think, article 73 of the Constitution was violated with both feet, when it was requested to limit his freedom without the permission of the parliament.

Since Mr. Berisha did not respect this court decision that contradicted the Constitution of the country, the behavior of the justice bodies was an angry and vindictive behavior, which prompted the parliament to become a notary of this illegality.
