The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, described Carlo Bollino as a paid assassin of the opposition who benefited from property from the government and received money from the incinerators.

He denounced on Adi Krasta's show the state property acquired by Bollino to the "former ward of Oreve", land which was donated by the former owners for the construction of a gymnasium.

Kelliçi said that Bollino's media has been criminalized with the forgeries it has committed for the property, where today it has built its television.

Also, he mentioned the payments that this publisher has received from the incinerator company of Tirana to throw ash in the eyes of Albanians with an incinerator that does not exist.

"Rama managed to criminalize the media as well. One of them is a concrete case of a recent lawsuit that we actually followed, which is one of the servants of the cause of the incinerators, which is also the media of the famous Italian Carlo Bollino, which was reported last week by another deputy for the fact that he got a plot of 4 thousand square meters in the middle of Tirana, donated to become a gymnasium by the Begeja family and by 4 other owner families on the plot of the former "Partizani" complex. This has been one of the causes that I have touched.

First point, during the campaign the main demand in unit No. 7 was that 80 thousand inhabitants wanted to have a gymnasium and the only land that was given and planned was taken by this Italian, a pseudo-publisher, dealing with 1 euro 4 thousand square meters to make a media, which has been put into full service of the incinerators and the government.

Robbing a public plot of land, a plot of land that was given to become a high school in an area with 80 thousand inhabitants, taking it for 1 euro, privatizing it, falsifying the annex-contracts shows that you are no longer the media, but you are a paid killer to kill any opposition in this country.

This case is also included in the scheme of incinerators. It is a very big fraud and all this is done because these media feeds on that money.

This is the case when a media is completely captured by the government, feeds on government money and falsifies official documents, manipulates official acts of the state.
