Avokatët e Berishës nuk ndalen/ Kërkesa ndaj prokurorëve të SPAK

Sali Berisha

Një ditë më parë, të hënën, avokatët kreut të opozitës Sali Berisha i janë drejtuar me një kërkesë prokurorëve të SPAK, për ta lejuar këtë të fundit të marrë pjesë në seancat plenare të Kuvendit.

Sipas avokatëve kjo është një e drejtë dhe detyrim kushtetues për të përmbushur detyrën si ligjvënës.

Kjo kërkesë pritet të shyrtohet nga prokurorët Arben Kraja e Enkeleda Millonai për të pranuar ose jo kërkesën. 

Gjykata e Posaçme ka vendosur ndaj Berishës, masën e sigurisë "arrest shtëpi" për akuzën "Korrupsioni pasiv i funksionarëve të lartë shtetërore ose të zgjedhurve vendorë". 

Sipas vendimit, Berisha nuk duhet të largohet nga banesa dhe të mos komunikojë me persona të tjerë përveç atyre që bashkëjetojnë në të njëjtën shtëpi me të.

Avokatët e Berishës kanë bërë ankimim në Gjykatën e Posaçme për vendimin e dhënë nga Gjoka. Ndërkohë, Berisha mban fjalime çdo pasdite në protestën që po zhvillohet poshtë banesës së tij./CNA
