Luiza Gega's accusation about the reward/ Manastirliu answers

A few days ago, the athlete Luiza Gega accused the Ministry of Education and Sports of a reward that she claims she did not receive.

Through a status on social networks, Luiza Gega says that the ministry did not give her the reward she deserved for a sports activity. According to her, the reasoning is that for this activity the athlete did not perform the doping control.

Regarding this accusation, after the meeting of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Education Ogerta Manastirliu said that the Albanian government remains engaged in supporting elite athletes. 

"The government remains committed to supporting elite athletes. We will support Luiza Gega. There has been no lack of support for Luiza Gega. Beyond rewards, support and appreciation for our athletes," she said./ CNA
