Prime Minister Edi Rama

Prime Minister Edi Rama started his speech at the inauguration of the College of Europe with a joke about the Pyramid.

Rama said that the Pyramid was conceived and built by the dictator Enver Hoxha to protect himself from his enemies.

He declared that the people that Enver Hoxha considered enemies have already occupied the Pyramid with the College of Europe.

"Who would have ever imagined at the time when this pyramid was conceived and built for an entirely different purpose, that the most hated enemies of the man who was the impetus for this pyramid, would come forth and make such a gracious conquest, nobody, nobody.
